The S’mores Chocolate Bark is only made with 3 ingredients: dark chocolate, honey graham crackers and mini marshmallows. These are perfect for back-to-school or lunch time pick-me-ups.

S’mores Chocolate Bark Ingredient Breakdown

  • Honey graham crackers: Similar to a campfire s’more, the S’mores Chocolate Bark starts off with honey graham crackers and topped with crushed graham crackers.
  • Mini marshmallows: The marshmallows are sandwiched between graham crackers and dark chocolate and creates the gooiness of real campfire s’mores.
  • Dark chocolate: Use a quality dark chocolate, I use Laura Secord’s 300g chocolate bar for baking. Dark chocolate is perfect for this recipe for a richer and deeper flavour without the intense sweetness of milk chocolate.

How To Make S’mores Chocolate Bark

  1. Preheat oven to 350F/176C.
  2. Line a baking tray with honey graham crackers.
  3. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of the graham crackers. There should be enough marshmallows to cover the graham crackers. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. While in the oven, melt dark chocolate on the stove with a double boiler OR use a microwave.
    • Double boiler method: Bring water to a simmer in a saucepan, place a heat-proof bowl on top of the saucepan. Do not let the bottom of the bowl touch the simmering water. Stir constantly until chocolate is melted.
    • Microwave method: melt the dark chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between each interval.
  5. Once the chocolate is melted, set aside.
  6. Remove the graham cracker and marshmallows out of the oven, set aside. The marshmallows may look puffed up, but they will sink once it starts cooling.
  7. Pour most of the dark chocolate to cover the marshmallows completely.
  8. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows on top of the dark chocolate.
  9. Drizzle any remaining dark chocolate on top.

  12. Store in an airtight container.
